phoenix | November 29th, 2009 Yes I love Saber from the Fate/stay night series. So far I have owned Saber PVC figure, Saber Maid PVC figure, Saber Lion Nendoroid, and Saber Dollfie Dream. I’ve made a ton of Saber posts with Saber in there especially with Saber dollfie in all kind of outfits. So it’s natural when Good Smile Company announced Saber Lily from the Fate/unlimited codes series, I had my pre-order placed early and got my Saber Lily nice a early. Now I had her in my display cabinet for some times now, finally got a chance to take photos of this beauty.

phoenix | November 25th, 2009 Hastune Miku (初音ミク) is the first volume of popular Vocaloid2 character vocal series. It was original released by Volks Japan in Wonder Festival 2008 as a resin kit. The garage kit was sold at an MSRP of ¥14,490. It was later released by Volks Japan as a 1/6 PVC figure in August 2008 with an MSRP of ¥7,140. Volks Japan is currently planning on a re-issued version of this figure as an “Encore Version” that will be put on order during Comiket 77 (December 29-31, 2009) and New Kit Exhibition 2010 (January 1-11 2010). The shipping date of this new “Encore Version” will be spring of 2010. More information of this re-issue on this Volks Japan web page (Japanese). I was not able to get a hold of the original Hatsune Miku garage kit. So I acquired a pre-painted recast version from e2046.
Hastune Miku 1/6 painted resin. Original Sculptor Milchstraße (ミルヒ・シュトラーセ).

phoenix | November 6th, 2009 Tachikoma is the spider shaped AI tank from the series Ghost In The Shell – Stand Alone Complex. I’ve got this for a long time now but never got chance to take photo of it. Since I’ve been taking photos of all my mecha toys lately, this Tachikoma finally got his debut. I had another alloy Tachikoma toy before and that was the EX Ally Tachikoma by Art Storm. Soon after Art Storm released their Tachikoma Good Smile Company announced that they will be making a even better version of Tachikoma. So naturally I placed order for that. The actual release was delayed and delayed some more, but finally it was released. So here after much delay…
Goodsmile Alloy Tachikoma by Good Smile Company (GOODSMILE合金 タチコマ). Original sculptor 山本洋平. Released in June 2008 with a MSRP of ¥17,800.

phoenix | November 5th, 2009 Out of the device label transformer toys from Takara Tomy, this one Device Jaguar or better know in the original Transformers series as Ravage is really cool. Ravage was originally a transforming micro-cassette that was stored in Soundwave’s deck. Just like Soundwave, when Takara Tomy released this time, it got a technology upgrade. It’s now a functional 2GB USB memory key. The size of the USB key is slightly bigger than you average USB key. But of course the cool part is that despite being a 2GB USB key it does fully transform into robot jaguar. This toy is really functional, I see myself actually using this and having a lot of fun with it. Way better than the Soundwave MP3 Player which is a bad MP3 player with out those cool transforming cassette.
Takara Tomy Transformers Device Jaguar 2GB USB Memory (タカラトミー トランスフォーマー デヴァイスジャガー). Released on October 2009 with a MSRP of ¥3,990.
Here’s the box.
