So in the softer side of Saber Lily post, Saber traded her armor for a nice dress. But this time around, Saber takes off even more. Saber Lily has such impressive set of outfit that even the underwear under the dress is impressive. It came with garter styled socks, a corset, and even the underwear is impressive with laces and matching ribbons.

The softer side of Saber Lily

In the last Saber Lily unboxing post, Saber Lily was shown in full armor, fully combat ready. This time around, the armor is off and let’s show you the softer side of Saber Lily. Yes indeed, under that shinny knight’s armor, Saber Lily is wearing a beautiful white dress. Like any lady, the “white” Saber even have a set of white gloves. These gloves are not actual gloves that goes on the outside of the doll’s hand. Instead, they are hand part that looks like hand in white gloves that goes onto the arm just like all the other hand parts. Volks includes just two white glove hands for Saber Lily so it is not possible to pose her with any other hand gestures.

Volks Dollfie Dream Saber Lily Unboxing (Round Two)

It looks like I’m really late in posting unboxing of Volks Fate/unlimited codes Dollfie Dream Saber Lily. I actually received Saber Lily from Volks Japan on January 4th. The reason behind the delay and the reason why this is a unboxing round two is that the wig that was shipped with Saber Lily was broken as soon as I put the wig on her. More on that later, now onto the unboxing. Volks Dollfie Dream Saber Lily from Fate/unlimited code is a Dolpa 24 limited item. Dolpa 24 was held on December 12, 2010 at Tokyo Big Site. The MSRP for Saber Lily is ¥95,000 which is the same price as Dollfie Dream Saber which was released back in 2008. You can get more information on Saber Lily from Volks’ official web page.

Doll’s fashion swimsuit edition – Kanu Unchou

The last one in the doll’s fashion swimsuit edition – Kanu Unchou. This is one of the old dress set – Feisty Girl’s Casual Bikini Set. A regular item from Home Town Dolpa Nagoya 4 held on August 23, 2009. I got it from Volks USA when they put Nagoya 4′s item on sale together with the Two-Seater Sofa. You have probably seen Kanu wearing this already in one of my Figure/doll photography 121 posts, but you might not recognize it. The dress comes with a two piece bikini, but also a crop top and a denim shorts. Kanu was wearing it with the crop top and denim shorts in all the previous photos. She’s revealing it all for this swimsuit special.

Doll’s fashion swimsuit edition – Tohsaka Rin

Continue on the doll’s fashion swimsuit edition. This time is Tohsaka Rin in her red bikini. Rin’s swimsuit set (凛の水着セット) is release together with Saber’s swimsuit set by Volks. It was on sale during the Home Town Dolpa Osaka 6 held during the weekend of August 21, 2010. I tried my luck on Volks USA’s lottery for Home Town Dolpa Osaka 6 but I only got Saber’s swimsuit set. Failing to secure my Rin’s swimsuit through Volks USA, I had to use Yahoo Japan Auction to get Rin’s swimsuit directly from Japan. It turns out that after all the deputy fees and shipping, buying directly from Japan through auction is actually cheaper than buying from Volks USA. Come on Volks, this is such a simple clothing set, plenty available in Japan. I can’t believe that I enter the lottery for two and can only get one of them. Not to mention, now with only one small item, the shipping charge is nearly the same amount as the item itself. Had I known that, I would have just bought both from Japan directly. Much cheaper and faster that way. Well rants aside, here’s Rin in her sexy red two piece.
