Officially, you can buy it from Amazon.co.jp which is linked right in the post (see very top of the poast). Of course the page is in Japanese and you will need some kind of deputy, package forwarder, or a friend to receive it and forward it to you since Amazon.co.jp does not ship outside of Japan. But if you are lucky you can probably find it else where online. I personally got my from Amazon.co.jp directly. I used www.tenso.com as a forwarder to receive my package from Amazon.co.jp in Japan and forward it to me.

You are correct that in the English speaking world that is Cheetor. But this is a toy from Japan and they actually call him Cheetus. (See Transformer Wiki) The produce name itself is also called "Device Cheetus" as you can see on the box. So I decided that I will use the name Cheetus for consistency purpose.

Yeah I saw the new DDSs from Dolpa 26. I can’t believe Mariko sensei is a DDS. Feels odd to me. I mean I honestly would have thought Moe and Natsuki should be DDS while Mariko sensei should just be a normal DD3. On the other hand, Millhiore is very cute. I love her outfit. But the head sculptures/face up wise, my Marisa’s sweeter hah… But I really like Millhiore’s dress.

Well in general if you are doing flash photography on normal scenes, you probably want to use some kind of diffuser on a flash all the time because otherwise it tends to produce very harsh lights on your subject. But since your comment is in the black background tutorial, then I’m assuming you are also trying to produce a black background. When trying to produce black background, you want your light to be very targeted, single directional, and only shines on the area that you wanted to shine on. And a diffused light basically goes to all kind of directions. So if you use a strong diffuser when trying to produce black background in my setup, you will see the back ground instead of pitch black. So I won’t use diffusers if I am started in setting up black background. When you get more experienced, you can use some mild diffuser to soften the light a bit. But that’s only when you are very capable of controlling the lighting.

Well there’s no one good setting that will work in all situations. That’s why they are settings so you can change based on the environment you are shooting in and the subject that you are shooting. In general, for floral photos, I do custom white balances because flowers are not moving. So I can take a shot of my gray card (or just a white card works okay too) in the shooting light and set the custom white balance. This produces the best result. For saturation, sharpness, vividness, I always set them to the lowest possible. Most of these are post processing on the image taken, I personally would rather like to adjust them on my computer later than have the camera do all the processing. Naturally for that I shot RAW all the time and adjust those parameters using the camera’s software later. Metering, again this is floral photos, and they are not moving. So I tend to use full manual settings for exposure and use spot meter just to get a few samples of measurement on the dark places and on the bright places. I will then make adjustments manually so that with my exposure, the subject is not exceeding the dynamic range – basically no highlights are over blown and no shadows are too dark.

For floral photos, I didn’t find too much use of a polarizer. I have used it in occasion when I did not bring a neutral density filter and yet I really need to cut down the light so I can use a much slower shutter speed. polarizer does cut down the light by 1-1.5 stops. But it also produces some shifted colors with a polarizer while a neutral density (ND) filter doesn’t. But polarizer is great if you are taking landscape photos and needs to cut down the glare from the sun.

What should be the camera settings for taking flower photographs like WB, Saturation, Metering, sharpness, vividness etc. Since I am a novice in
the field, it would help me a lot. I own Nikon D7000 + 105mm f/2.8 micro lens.
Also please tell if the polariser filter is necessary.

IMO, DD3 Base Body will be available separately soon. I mean they are already putting it out on their standard character models, I don’t see Volks try to keep the DD3 base body hidden for much longer. The DDS body on the other hand, looks like Volks wanted to make it a bit more special.

Oh yeah I’ll definitely have unwrapping picture done as soon as I got them. I can’t wait!

Haha! You’re right on all; I want to get a DD3 Base Body on its own also, but I don’t think it’s available yet so am thinking of getting a V2 Yukino…probably a little later on though. I look forward to seeing any photos you put up of the unwrapping (I can at least enjoy the dolls vicariously :p)
